CANCELLATION POLICY

It is understood that unforeseen instances may come up, and we will do our best to reschedule you in a timely manner. However, please understand cancellations are very disruptive to our specific type of scheduling. If you need to reschedule your appointment, a minimum of 72 hours is required for all Permanent Makeup and Tattoo appointments, or you will forfeit your deposit and will need to place another deposit to reschedule and make another appointment. No-shows will be charged 50% of their service total. No shows are considered such even when cancelling if it is less than the stated time frame allowed. Previous no-shows will also have to pay in full for their additional rescheduled service at the time of booking. For all services other than Permanent Makeup and Tattoos, 24 hour notice of cancellation/reschedule is required. Failure to provide 24 hour notice will result in 50% charge of the service total and deposit can only be used towards another service. There is also a cancellation fee for free services that are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice based on what the service is. All services require a deposit to secure that appointment for you. Deposits go towards the final service cost on the day of the appointment and are not an additional fee. Appointments must be booked with a card on file. By booking with Ink and Stone you are agreeing that you understand all stated policies.
